قَا لَ اِنَّمَاۤ
اِنّ نَ مَآ اُوْتِیْتُهٗ
اُوْ تِىْ تُ هُوْ عَلٰی
عَ لَا عِلْمٍ
عِلْ مِنْ عِنْدِیْ ؕ
عِنْ دِىْ اَوَ لَمْ
اَوْ لَمْ یَعْلَمْ
يَعْ لَمْ اَنَّ
اَنّ نَلّ اللّٰهَ
لَا هَ قَدْ
قَدْ اَهْلَكَ
اَهْ لَ كَ مِنْ
مِنْ قَبْلِهٖ
قَبْ لِ هِىْ مِنَ
مِ نَلْ الْقُرُوْنِ
قُ رُوْ نِ مَنْ
مَنْ هُوَ
هُ وَ اَشَدُّ
اَشَدّ دُ مِنْهُ
مِنْ هُ قُوَّةً
قُوّ وَ تَنْ وّ وَّ اَكْثَرُ
وَاَكْ ثَ رُ جَمْعًا ؕ
جَمْ عَا وَ لَا
وَ لَا یُسْـَٔلُ
يُسْ ءَ لُ عَنْ
عَنْ ذُنُوْبِهِمُ
ذُ نُوْ بِ هِ مُلْ الْمُجْرِمُوْنَ
مُجْ رِ مُوْٓ نْ
He replied, “I have been granted all this because of some knowledge I have.”1 Did he not know that Allah had already destroyed some from the generations before him who were far superior to him in power and greater in accumulating ˹wealth˺? There will be no need for the wicked to be asked about their sins.2

He said, "I was only given it because of knowledge I have." Did he not know that Allah had destroyed before him of generations those who were greater than him in power and greater in accumulation [of wealth]? But the criminals, about their sins, will not be asked.1
